Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day client relationships for onboarding, support,
and product adoption
Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client value
from the platform
Configure the platform to meet client requirements and assist with
implementation
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services
position
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or business-related field
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML preferred
P&C Insurance experience required
Project Management background with a track record of successful
implementations is a plus
