A company is looking for a Legal Promotional Review
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the legal aspects of advertising and promotional review for
drugs, biologics, and medical devices
Provide strategic input for deliverables and health authority
interactions
Lead legal review and compliance during Promotional Review
Committee meetings
Required Qualifications
A degree in Medical, Science, Marketing, Business, or
Communications; advanced degree and JD preferred
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Functional experience in pharmaceutical industry regulatory/legal
affairs
Strong project management experience, preferably in the
pharmaceutical industry
Experience with promotional materials submission to regulatory
authorities
