Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Principal Software
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of innovative and scalable software
solutions
Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical systems
contributing to the company's overall technology strategy
Lead a team of engineers with at least one direct report
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience with a
strong background in software design and architecture
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, Go,
Typescript, etc.)
Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and design (e.g.,
microservices, distributed systems)
Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience leading software engineering teams and managing direct
reports
