Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Specialist- ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Audits medical record requests for accuracy and compliance with
state and federal guidelines
Performs routine quality checks and identifies workflow issues
Submits reports and communicates findings to management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in release of information or
medical records in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and release of information
standards
Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft
Word and Excel
Customer service experience and/or training
