Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage detailed work plans for installation projects
Coordinate resources and facilitate troubleshooting for
installation schedules
Oversee daily operations of the service desk and manage the service
desk team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in operations management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Experience in supply chain coordination and inventory
management
Ability to manage a service desk and coordinate installation
projects
