Job Description:

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Senior Management Engineer, responsible for facilitating department improvement efforts and applying various methodologies to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities

Develops project scope documents and plans, including resource estimates and communication strategies
Leads improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, while managing multiple projects
Communicates project updates effectively to senior management and guides team members in utilizing process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant experience required
Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
Experience in applying problem-solving approaches and knowledge of analytical tools
Strong skills in data gathering techniques and adaptability in a matrixed environment
