Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor based
in New York, US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage
Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance
for real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of New York
Experience with real estate contracts, particularly within the
state of Nevada
Familiarity with the company's tools, technology, and communication
methods
Ability to review files in the Company's Transaction Management
System within 48 hours
Experience supporting compliance efforts with the Broker team
