Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to lead
financial planning and analysis activities with a focus on indirect
budget management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead optimization initiatives for cost reduction and margin
improvement
Consolidate and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis
for assigned budget areas
Act as a trusted financial partner to indirect budget owners,
providing data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field and 4+ years of
financial planning and analysis experience
Understanding of Government Contracting Regulations, such as DFAR
and Cost Accounting Standards
Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and develop
financial models
Experience with financial systems and applications
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and
PowerPoint
