A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Fulfillment and
Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive key analytics and manage parcel delivery operations to meet
customer expectations
Oversee relationships with parcel carriers and 3PLs, ensuring
effective communication and data-driven decisions
Lead a team focused on performance reporting and continuous
improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or CPG
4+ years managing delivery solutions and small parcel
operations
Bachelor's Degree with a preference for Supply Chain Management
certification
Experience in analyzing and improving logistics/supply chain data
and processes
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in team leadership
