Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tennessee Commercial Title Examiner
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for
various title orders, primarily commercial and residential
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and verify
legal descriptions of properties
Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports
for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Commercial Title Examination experience for Tennessee
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of title examination experience
State license(s) if required
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
