Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admission Counselor I to enroll
students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate
their needs and provide information on programs
Engage with students through various communication channels and
assist them through the admission process
Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service
and uphold university policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or some college coursework completed; equivalent
experience may be accepted
At least 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service
experience
Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday -
Thursday
Must reside in an approved state for remote work
