/ Provider Support.
Key Responsibilities
Hire and grow a team of engineers while supporting their career
development and morale
Guide design and architecture discussions and collaborate with
Product and Design partners on strategy and planning
Lead large-scale projects and implement practices to improve team
sustainability and resilience
Required Qualifications
4 years of software engineering people management experience
5 years of engineering experience
Experience leading and managing remote distributed teams
Technical knowledge to communicate complex concepts to
stakeholders
Passion for fostering a positive team culture and driving
innovation
