Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cloud Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end issue resolution for customer challenges across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Onboard, train, and enable customers on best practices for Kubernetes, CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud service configurations
Maintain deep knowledge of platform architecture and collaborate with teams to improve reliability and enhance observability

Required Qualifications

BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree
Background in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Administration focused on hybrid cloud environments
US Citizenship and current active DoD Secret clearance
Hands-on experience with cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and expertise in Kubernetes and containerization
Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automated infrastructure management
