Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data and Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and assess reporting deliverables with account teams to
meet customer requirements
Utilize BI visualization tools to produce reports and provide data
insights for account growth and customer satisfaction
Streamline reporting processes and support the development of
standard and custom reports
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of corporate business experience, preferably in
professional services
Extensive experience with BI tools including MicroStrategy, Power
BI, and Tableau
Strong expertise in MS Excel and experience with Salesforce.com or
similar ticketing systems
Undergraduate degree in information systems, business
administration, or analytics
Ability to query databases and other data sources for reporting
needs
