Job Description:
A company is looking for a Representative III, Care Svc.
Key Responsibilities
Perform eligibility verification, authorization of services, and
adjudication of claims
Document client enrollment and process claims and payments
according to policies
Collaborate with case managers and providers to resolve issues and
improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED, or equivalent combination of education
and experience
2+ years of experience in medical billing and/or collections
2+ years of experience requiring basic accounting and math
skills
Experience with Windows-based programs; practice management
software preferred
Familiarity with Ryan White funded services is a plus
