Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inventory Accounting Manager to
oversee accounting and financial reporting of inventory across
global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly cost accounting close and variance analysis
Manage COGS analytics and collaborate with operations and supply
chain teams
Develop and maintain methodologies for calculating material, labor,
and overhead costs
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with inventory and cost of goods sold
accounting
Experience implementing internal controls over physical inventory
and reporting
Understanding of US GAAP inventory reporting requirements
Ability to articulate key findings from inventory analysis
Positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
