Job Description:
A company is looking for an RRT Anthem Analyst responsible for
managing communications, adjustments, and closing claims through
various applications.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily production and adjustment reports to ensure timely
claim closures
Process adjustment claims for Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield
Assist internal departments with inquiries related to claims and
adjustments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of claims processing experience, preferably with
QicLink
Adjustment experience is required
Experience with Jointly Administered Arrangements (JAA) is
preferred
Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to learn Microsoft
Access
