Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide
technical support and assistance to internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Assist users with setting up new equipment and software
applications
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support
role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified
Professional are a plus
