Job Description:
A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to assist
students in securing clinical placements and building relationships
with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with clinical sites for student rotations and
present these sites for approval
Identify and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare
agencies while ensuring compliance with standards
Manage relationships with existing partners to facilitate
successful clinical experiences for students
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred; relevant experience in
healthcare or placement considered
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales,
preferably in a healthcare setting
Solid knowledge of the healthcare field and experience working with
providers
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and
collaboratively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop
relationships in person and over the phone
