Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to
provide operational and transactional support to clients throughout
the financing duration of home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and address calls from clients to meet their needs related
to platform programs
Research requests and resolve client concerns while maintaining
strong relationships
Ensure a positive client experience and complete required
documentation daily
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education
preferred
4+ years in Call Center Service or Client Advocacy; Account
Management experience preferred
2+ years in Sales, financial or banking sectors, or home
improvement experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Spanish bilingual preferred
