Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist in Real Estate
Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Real Estate Legal, Development, and
other teams as requested
Order, track, and coordinate title products, surveys, and curative
deliverables
Evaluate and provide real estate diligence information to project
teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal
Studies, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent
experience
2+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with
title insurance or real estate legal background
Experience with renewable energy and/or data centers preferred
Familiarity with landowner agreements and real estate-related
agreements
Expert level skills in Excel and Google Sheets
