Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Resolution
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle casualty claims within
established guidelines
Handle claims related to personal and commercial auto, homeowners
liability, and commercial liability coverages
Comply with claims policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to
state Fair Claims Practices acts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience as a Claims Resolution Specialist or equivalent
in the industry
Knowledge of personal lines, commercial auto, and commercial garage
policies and coverages
Understanding of tort law, medical terms, and ability to negotiate
settlements
A college degree is strongly desired
Fluency in Spanish is strongly desired
