Job Description:
A company is looking for an FHA/VA Post Close Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Review and underwrite FHA/VA loans for compliance with guidelines
and eligibility criteria
Resolve post-closing issues by identifying discrepancies and
collaborating with relevant teams
Conduct quality control checks and prepare documentation for
investor and government agency delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong understanding of FHA and VA loan regulations and
underwriting procedures
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in post-closing underwriting
focused on FHA and VA guidelines
High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or
Finance preferred
In-depth knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines, including eligibility
and documentation requirements
Familiarity with loan origination and post-closing processes
