Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Licensing Specialist to provide
customer service and support licensing processes for agents.
Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and process agent contract files, ensuring all
required documentation is complete
Train new staff on procedures and serve as the primary contact for
system issues and resolutions
Conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance within the
team
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent work experience; BA degree
recommended
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Experience in an insurance operations setting is strongly
preferred
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and possess strong
organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of processing and quality functions, including
licensing regulations
