Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator -
Entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues and inquiries
Maintain adherence to accounts payable policies and provide support
during month-end processes
Required Qualifications:
Accounts payable or procurement experience required
Understanding of accounting concepts through coursework or relevant
experience
Experience with inventory cycle counts or discrepancy
resolution
Proficient computer skills, including 10-key
Demonstrate Microsoft Office software skills (Outlook, Word, Excel,
Teams, etc.)
