Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead
full-cycle recruiting and optimize talent operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for various roles across the
organization
Build rapport with and partner effectively with key Hiring
Managers
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain efficiency
in all searches
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in
full-cycle recruiting
Experience in a top recruiting agency, executive search firm, or
high growth startup, preferably in SaaS
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
Experience hiring for a wide range of roles, including leadership
positions
Demonstrated history of promotion and increased responsibility over
time
