Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 1 to provide
exceptional customer service through various communication
channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle over-the-phone interactions to deliver exceptional service
to customers
Facilitate problem resolution and provide complete and accurate
information
Adhere to compliance procedures and operational risk controls
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or GED required
Direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
environment
Proven customer service skills and strong professional
interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC and Microsoft Office
Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer
information
