Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to
manage claim payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure
reimbursements
Analyze denied and non-paid claims to determine discrepancies and
file appeals
Document all activities accurately in the client's tracking
system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of customer service experience
High School Diploma/GED required
CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company
paid)
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred: 1+ years of relevant experience in medical collections
or related fields
