Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Specialist
responsible for processing enrollment documentation and supporting
program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment
documentation
Communicate with contacts regarding eligibility issues and assist
in data collection and reporting
Review production reports to identify issues and recommend process
improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in customer service
Experience in health care, managed care, or pharmacy management
preferred
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to learn proprietary computer systems quickly
