Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Specialist to
manage mortgage loan requests and ensure compliance with
guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Complete mortgage loan requests accurately and in a timely
manner
Act as a liaison between customers, mortgage loan originators, and
third parties
Compile, prepare, and process mortgage loan files from application
through closing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of job-related experience
Good knowledge of loan processing and closing policies and
procedures
Understanding of credit policy and automated underwriting
systems
