Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Specialist to provide
technical support to merchants using their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and coordination for client services
management
Identify and investigate service-related problems, implementing or
escalating corrections as needed
Participate in problem reviews, root cause analysis, and trend
analysis
Qualifications and Education
University/college degree preferred
Experience in a customer service or IT troubleshooting role
Background in handling customer technical support cases
Experience in training on software and hardware functions
Ability to manage risks associated with business objectives
