Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various sales, vendor, and partnership
agreements
Maintain and refine contract templates and processes for global
SaaS operations
Support new product launches and provide legal guidance for
compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state
3-5 years of experience, preferably with SaaS transactions
Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
