Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on various issues including contract
negotiation, product development, and regulatory compliance
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with
legal requirements
Conduct legal reviews of marketing materials and collaborate with
cross-functional teams for legal support
Required Qualifications
10 years of legal practice experience, preferably in-house and
private practice
Qualified to practice law in the US/UK or another relevant
jurisdiction
Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
Organized and analytical with strong ownership of tasks
Ability to work flexibly across time zones and business teams
