Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Prepare and organize corporate documentation, including
correspondence and reports
Manage investor equity through Carta and ensure compliance with
state licensure
Required Qualifications
2+ years of legal support or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with additional experience
Experience in healthcare, particularly with government programs
(Medicare, Medicaid)
Familiarity with New York and Delaware law
Experience with Carta software (preferred)
