Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney
to handle a designated caseload of Workers' Compensation cases
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct legal
research
Create and present defense strategies and prepare complex legal
documents
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing
counsel
Required Qualifications and Education
JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in
California
Minimum of 2 years (Staff Attorney) or 5 years (Senior Staff
Attorney) of legal practice experience in Workers' Compensation
cases
Trial experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Lexis Nexis is a
plus
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
