Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Global Employment
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the employment law division, providing strategic guidance on
employment law issues across multiple geographies
Navigate complex employment legal matters and develop legal
strategies that align with business objectives while mitigating
risk
Oversee employment-related litigation and support expansion into
new markets by advising on compliance and best practices
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate and law degree (JD or equivalent)
15+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal
department, preferably in a multinational technology or
cybersecurity company
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing legal
teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple
jurisdictions
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution in a
dynamic environment
