A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Trainer (Remote in
US).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced and specialized training programs to diverse
audiences
Act as a mentor to other trainers, providing coaching and
professional development
Design and deliver customized workshops to address complex business
challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, human
resources, or related field
5-7 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator
Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
Experience training senior leadership or technical experts
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and
software
