Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Officer to provide
effective human resource services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Handle staff relations, performance management, and
remuneration
Assist in policy development and compliance, as well as learning
and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or
Organizational/Industrial Psychology
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a human resource role
At least 2 years of experience developing HR/OD workplans
Experience in an international/NGO organization or a global
organization
Proficient in MS Office and Human Resource Information Systems
