Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Pharmacy Specialist, Oncology
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Optimizes pharmaceutical care programs and contributes to formulary
management in the area of expertise
Provides consultative services to healthcare providers and patients
for medication management
Mentors and trains staff, developing competency assessment tools
and programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency or equivalent experience
Three years' hospital pharmacist experience preferred
Pharmacist license in the state of practice
Board Certification or acquisition within one year of
employment
