necessary studies, and professional consultationsCollecting and
documenting dataProviding direct patient care services to include
prescribing medications and other therapies as neededProvides
patient physical examinations, diagnosis, and course of treatment
as allowable by certification and state Standards of
PracticeProvides chronic care management and education to patients
when neededProvides services as a consultant for all health program
operations involving, disease state management, adverse health
trends, and safety concernsAssists with arranging for appropriate
diagnostic testingAssists in treatment decisions with other members
of the clinical team, including disease management and wellness
coachesSkills & QualificationsLicensure from an accredited
schoolCurrent BLS or ALCS certificationStrong communication
skillsExceptional time management skillsWorks efficiently and has a
quick response timeAccurate and proper handling of all lab
workBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredPhysical
