**Local accepted at different rate**
Shift: M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
No on call
Occasional PT evals on weekends
Assistance with Albany and Eastland branches desired
guarantee negotiable, 40 hours available
Home health and HCHB experience desired
Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and
insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or
rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred
