Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required; 3 years preferred; Travel experience preferred License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP (within 6 months of hire), ACLS (within 1 year of hire), Breastfeeding Education (within 90 days) Must-Have: Nursing Degree, Fetal Monitoring Job Description: - Registered Nurse needed for a busy Labor and Delivery unit. - Experience in managing labor and delivery processes efficiently. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a diverse patient population. - Knowledge and application of fetal monitoring. - Compliance with all health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 and Flu vaccines (medical/religious exemptions accepted). - Completion of all required certifications in a timely manner as per hiring guidelines. - Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on patient-centered care. - Willingness to adapt to varying situations and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. - Ensure timely documentation and reporting as per the established protocols. Note: Local candidates within a 110-mile radius are not accepted. Travel experience is highly preferred. Orientation consists of 16 hours.
