Job Description:
A company is looking for a Weekend RN Reviewer to perform
medical necessity reviews and collaborate with healthcare
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform medical necessity reviews including inpatient, concurrent,
prior authorization, and retrospective reviews
Communicate with providers and facility staff to ensure member
needs are met
Document clinical information accurately and participate in quality
improvement activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license in the state
of residence
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with required
Utilization Management experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Business, or equivalent
professional work experience
Experience in acute care or post-acute care environments
MCG certification preferred
