Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transitions Manager - Portfolio
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution of transition and transformation projects,
ensuring contractual obligations are met
Develop plans and schedules for IPM scope and service levels,
setting completion targets and success criteria
Facilitate meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders to
ensure alignment and progress
Required Qualifications
BA/BSc degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
General understanding of key Occupier service lines
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMP, and PROSCI or
other change management training
3+ years of experience in Transaction Management with a focus on
managing people and resources
Proficiency in commonly used business software and applications
