Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a distinct data management operational unit and ensure
operational excellence
Recruit, manage, and develop staff while setting functional goals
and objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage
relationships with Functional Service Providers
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or
Bachelor's degree with 9 years of data management experience
4 years of managerial experience directly managing teams or
projects
Experience in driving operational excellence and strategic
thinking
Proven ability to influence and build relationships
cross-functionally
Experience in oversight of clinical research suppliers and project
management
