Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a company-wide automation roadmap aligned with
business goals
Design, build, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks and
enhance service delivery
Hire, mentor, and manage a team of automation developers and
business analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
related field; Master's preferred
15+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in automation
roles
5+ years in a managerial or lead capacity
Expertise in RPA, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and AI/ML
technologies
Experience with RPA tools and data analytics platforms
