Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess leadership needs and
implement organizational development solutions
Coordinate with teams and boards to align program goals with

Track project milestones and manage timelines for strategic
programs related to leadership development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources,
business administration, or related field
8+ years of project management experience
5+ years of organizational development experience in an
international nonprofit
Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives
Knowledge of best practices in leadership development and
organizational effectiveness
