Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager System Configuration and
Change Control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of system analysts and administrators
Manage contract configuration within Salesforce and Athena Health,
ensuring compliance
Oversee change control processes and drive strategic system
enhancements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,
or related field
8+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or systems
administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
8+ years of system maintenance experience with Athena Health, Epic,
ECW, Salesforce applications
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Athena Health platforms from the
backend
Proven track record of managing system implementations and change
control processes
