Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to
lead scientific initiatives in oncology drug development.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the scientific and translational research strategy
for drug development and biomarker discovery
Oversee R&D operations to align with strategic business goals
and foster collaborative partnerships
Lead a team of scientists, ensuring high-quality research output
and representing the company externally
Required Qualifications
Visionary scientific leader with a passion for oncology and
immunotherapy
Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to inspire
teams
Track record of scientific innovation and publications
Preferably holds an M.D., Ph.D., or M.D./Ph.D. in a relevant
field
Experience in biotech, pharma, or advanced research settings,
ideally with previous leadership experience
