Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, External Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all external financial reporting including SEC filings and
regulatory requirements
Coordinate and manage the preparation of SEC filing drafts and
ensure compliance with accounting standards
Lead technical accounting research and support the adoption of new
accounting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification
10+ years of experience in a similar role, including Big 4 public
accounting or SEC reporting
Extensive knowledge of SEC reporting and US GAAP
Strong technical accounting and research skills
